The Coaching Pathway
A four-tier certification framework developed in accordance with International Judo Federation Academy standards.
Level 1
Assistant Coach
60 hrs
Foundational instruction under supervision. Prerequisite: Shodan (1st Dan).
Level 2
Club Coach
120 hrs
Independent club instruction. Includes biomechanics, kata theory and safeguarding.
Level 3
High Performance Coach
240 hrs
Squad and elite athlete development. Includes sports science and competition tactics.
Level 4
Master Coach
By residency
Reserved for senior coaches with international podium experience.
